Ms. Wood serves as the east coast lead for Aerospace’s advanced autonomy portfolio and leads the corporation’s strategic investment portfolio for In-Space Servicing, Assembly and Manufacturing (ISAM). A true technical generalist with a passion for data’s role in future complex systems, Ms. Wood leverages her wide-ranging expertise in unique and innovative ways to maximize value to the space enterprise. Prior to joining Aerospace in 2019, Ms. Wood had an extensive career supporting the US government in conducting enterprise-wide process improvement, cost analysis, organizational assessment, and strategic planning studies for organizations such as the National Interagency Wildland Fire Community and the Department of Health and Human Services. She has also served as an intelligence data analyst, leveraging her data analytics expertise to advance national security interests. Ms. Wood holds an Industrial and Systems Engineering bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, a Data Analytics Engineering master’s degree from George Mason University, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computational Sciences and Informatics with a research focus on assurance of adaptive, autonomous systems.
