Scott Schaire currently serves as the Wallops Flight Facility (WFF) Chief of Advanced Projects, coordinating resources to bring new business to WFF and Goddard Space Flight Center. With over 20 years of project and program management experience, Schaire previously managed the Near-Earth Network at Wallops and led the Small Satellite initiative, overseeing GSFC/WFF support for the National Science Foundation CubeSat Program. His expertise spans systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and RF engineering, as well as laboratory and ground station operations. Schaire excels at implementing simplified management approaches for short-term projects, leveraging his diverse background in NASA ground station services and satellite programs.
