With 20 years of experience in data strategy and analytics, LaShonda C. Henderson is a proven leader in the federal data landscape. She currently serves in a data leadership role at a federal agency, driving enterprise data initiatives that enhance data driven decision and cyber compliance.

LaShonda has worked in two federal Chief Data Offices, shaping data policies, governance frameworks, and strategic initiatives. She has reviewed grant program initiatives across government and evaluated contract submissions, including making key recommendations for NASA’s MUREP’s first award targeting specialty areas.

She holds a B.S. in Sociology from Troy University and a Master’s in Management specializing in Government Contracts and Acquisitions from UMUC. She also earned a Data Science certification through IBM’s professional program.
